Everything you need to upgrade an existing 7 pin plug / socket combination.

The kit consists of:-

1 x Trailer Plug
1 x Plug Cap
1 x Bike Inline Socket
1 x Socket Cap
1 x Strain Relief

You will need to add whatever length of Trailer Lighting Cable you require and the socket bracket if needed.

These plugs and sockets are completely watertight when in use and with the caps fitted for storage and are a fraction of the size of normal car trailer sockets.

When the plug and socket are connected as shown the caps can be screwed together. However in some situations they do have a tendency to flack about! - so you might want to remove the keep-safe ties and just have them loose, popping them in your pocket when they are connected. The caps also provide the tool to dismantle the plug / socket for wiring.

Bike Inline Socket Bracket

Bracket that fits behind your numberplate and mounts the inline socket vertically behind. Photo shows the bracket installed holding the inline socket. On most bikes this is completely hidden behind the number plate.

Fitment is available in Left or Right handed versions. If your chain makes the back of your number plate greasy then it may be an idea to fit the socket the other side.

SIX core Trailer Lighting Cable 7.5mm OD

Smaller than normal trailer cable this is a 6 (SIX) core motorcycle trailer cable with a Maylar tape screen and straining core. 16 x 0.2mm strand 6A. Approx 7.5mm diameter.
